Report a late delivery:
If you have received a shipping confirmation email and the package has not arrived when it was expected, please contact us and we will be happy to track the status of your order.
Cancel an order:
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after despatch.
Returning faulty or damaged goods:
Upon delivery of your order you must mark the courier’s delivery ticket to indicate any parcels that appear damaged. Further to this all items must be checked thoroughly and any damages notified to Grey Simmonds within 48 hours of the delivery. Claims for damage in transit will only be accepted where the above criteria has been adhered to.
Shortages must be notified to Grey Simmonds within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be considered after this period.
Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days of the date of despatch so long as it remains in a new and saleable condition. All items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and in an unused condition. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept software or goods containing software where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Special order items are non-returnable.
Please note that as capital equipment items are generally shipped directly from the manufacturer and due to their size and weight, they often incur a high cost of carriage & handling. As a result, a restocking charge of up to 25% will be applied to these types of items if returned. If applicable, this charge will be stated in the product details.
YOU MUST contact Grey Simmonds and obtain a ‘Returns Authorisation Reference’. This must be printed and included with the parcel you are returning. Items returned without this authorisation will not be refunded and may be returned to you.
When returning items to Grey Simmonds, parcel them securely, including all manuals, accessories and in the original packaging.
